Linda Kelsch, PC Party candidate for Utah House District 53, addresses the Convention.
The very first ballots ever cast by those attending the very first Personal Choice Party of Utah State Convention May 22, 2004, are being counted.
Lawrence Rey Topham addressed the Convention seeking their support for the US Presidency.  He also became one of five PC Party of Utah electors.
